Steel fabricated body horizontal split design. Pinions will be of EN -19 material properly heat treated. Housing will be of steel fabricated. Double helical teeth cut on imported hobbing machine. Shaft ends accurately ground to close machine. Inside piping will be provided for forced lubrication arrangement of bearings and pinion teeth Oil Seal provided at input/output ends of shafts to prevent oil leakage. Pinion enclosed in will be proportioned steel fabricated housing. Transparent window provided on both sides of housing to observe teeth lubrication
