Aluminium wire Plant consists of 3 state of the art Mills. The production line is supposed to use Wire Rod with size of 8mm to 15mm. The allowable tolerance for section dimension of Wire Rod should be in accordance with the regulation of YB-2011-83.

Its capacity ranges from 2.5MT to 4.5MT/hr, with OTT coiler. The metal cleanliness is maintained by degassing to remove entrapped gases and metal filtration systems to remove foreign material. The mills are well equipped to produce international quality wire rods. Process control department ensures that the process is carried out under stringent internal norms.

Production line with annual capacity: 1,30,000 tons.

  • Finishing rolling mill stands: Ø320 x6 short stressed rolling mill in Horizontal/vertical arrangement. 6 stands. 3 of the rolling mill stands are horizontal/vertical interchangeable rolling mill stands.
  • Rolling speed: 90 meters/second
  • Rough rolling, medium rolling mill: short stress line rolling mill, Closed two-roll mill.
  • Pre-finishing rolling mill: cantilever compact mill.
  • Finishing mill: cantilever type twistless high-speed heavy duty rolling mill.
